Client

The client is an online store, with several offline stores in Ukraine. The store specializes in selling and selecting car parts, car products, spare parts for electric cars, and other products for electric cars.

The Task

Increase the number of sales and increase ROAS.

First Step

We started our work by auditing the advertising account and Google Analytics. We found big and small errors in advertising campaigns and thought up a strategy to improve performance.

Google Analytics

We checked the work of all the events in Google Analytics, added missing events, and checked if the analytics worked correctly.

Google Ads

  • P-Max campaigns.

We divided product categories into separate ad campaigns, while using different strategies and settings for specific product groups.

 

  • Search campaigns

We collected keywords and created 6 search campaigns for different product groups, which helped us get more traffic from the Google search network.

Google Merchant Center

We created new product feeds that we optimized for our advertising campaigns.

Overall result

Using all our knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center we got +2340 sales and increased ROAS from 1309% to 1927% (+618%). At the same time, CPA increased by only 0.23$.
